UX work focused on e-commerce journeys, account continuity, product discovery, and accessibility, delivered through close collaboration with product, design, development, and QA. Day-to-day work also covers smaller e-commerce improvements and landing pages.

Final interfaces were developed collaboratively. Visual design was led by the UI design team. My contributions focused on UX requirements, interaction behavior, research, accessibility where applicable, and cross-functional decisions.
